About Me

Bruce E. Saul LCSW-R, a psychotherapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy.

I have over twenty-five years of clinical experience as a psychotherapist, and a graduate degree in clinical social work from New York University.  I am in private practice working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are Depression, Anxiety, Grief Counseling, Crisis Counseling, Couples Counseling, Relationships, Codependency, Coping Skills Development, Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, Life Transitions, Recovery, Creative Block.

In couples therapy, clients gain insight into how their own internal processes are operating within their relationship and how these unconscious processes impact on their relationship. They develop their communication skills, learn to identify and express their feelings, thoughts and emotions. Couples develop a more healthy, loving and conscious relationship.

I establish a therapeutic relationship as I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach that is specifically tailered  to each individual, couple and family.
